i tried this recipe and it was delicious! the one thing i added to mine was chia seeds though. for those of you who don't know, chia seeds are a fantastic source of vegetarian nutrition that can be added to just about any recipe without altering the flavor at all. by just adding 2 tablespoons of chia seeds to any recipe, you add approximately 7 grams of fiber, 4.5 grams of protein, and 5.5 grams of omega-3! you can learn more by going to the chia seed. keep on posting these great vegetarian recipes!

Nice blog you have here. I pretty much lurk the internet when I'm bored and read all I can about the organic lifestyle, but I really liked you view on things. I'll bookmark the site and subscribe to the feed!
